Terms of Service
By using clicknfile.co or buying a template, you agree to these terms. If something is unclear, ask me via /contact before you buy.
1. The site and what it offers
ClicknFile is a one-person business that builds and sells Excel and Google Sheets templates, primarily through Etsy. The site clicknfile.co is the marketing front-end, blog, and support channel.
2. Your license to use templates
When you purchase a template, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use within a single business or personal context. You may:
- Modify the template for your own use, including changing colors, layout, formulas, fields
- Use the template indefinitely (no subscription, no expiration)
- Print or share the OUTPUT (e.g., the org chart you build with the template) freely
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share or sublicense the original template files
- Include the template in a paid resource pack, marketplace listing or "swipe file"
- Claim the template as your own creation
- Use the template files in any AI training dataset
3. Refunds
See the refund policy. Short version: I refund if a template is broken or does not match the description. Etsy purchases follow Etsy's policies, which I extend.
4. Content on the site
All content on clicknfile.co (blog articles, product descriptions, copy, images, code) is owned by ClicknFile. You may quote short passages with attribution. You may not republish entire articles or scrape content.
5. Use of the site
You agree not to:
- Attempt to access non-public areas of the site
- Scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the site
- Use automated tools that overload the server
- Submit malicious data through the contact form or any other input
6. Third-party links and services
The site links to Etsy, YouTube, social media platforms and others. I am not responsible for what happens on those sites once you click through. Their terms apply.
7. Disclaimers
Templates are provided as is. I do my best to test and document them, but I cannot guarantee they work in every Excel or Google Sheets configuration on every machine. If a template does not work for your specific case, contact me first; if I cannot solve it, a refund applies (see refund policy).
The blog and product copy is informational. It is not professional advice (legal, accounting, HR, financial). Use your judgment.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, ClicknFile is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the templates or the site. The maximum liability for any direct claim is limited to the amount you paid for the template at issue.
9. Modifications
I may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged on the home page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes are handled by competent courts in France, except where local consumer protection law gives you a stronger forum.
